easy access helpful staff many options

The beach access was certainly a highlight, I enjoyed being so close to the water. The staff was very helpful and kind. It surprised me! I also appreciated the variety at breakfast, it had many options from 6 AM to noon, really.

The elevators were a bit slow, so I sometimes used the stairs.

The adult pool had a bar. This provided a great variety of alcohol and cocktails. The beer selection was also nice. A bar at the beach let me lay out on a cabana and remain close to refreshments. I liked this.

The check-in process took a considerable amount of time, about ninety minutes.

The room was spacious. It contained two comfortable, huge beds. Everything I needed was in the room. The staff cleaned the room daily. I appreciated the thoroughness.

There was a lot of food to choose from at breakfast. It was the best part. Around 4 P.M., staff handed out food, like ceviche, popsicles, or fruit. This extra touch.

clean beachfront friendly staff

The beach access was easy, with a wide, clean beachfront area. loungers and umbrellas were plentiful! the breakfast buffet offered fresh and tasty options. It was a good start to the day. i found the staff to be very helpful and friendly! they remembered me after a few interactions.

the ac in my beachfront room struggled to keep up with the humidity, it was a bit uncomfortable.

smooth service thoughtful touch daily cleaning

the front desk staff, jesus aquino, provided smooth and helpful service. he even surprised my family with a bottle of wine and chocolates for a birthday celebration. I found this a very thoughtful touch. our room received daily cleaning services, and fresh towels were always available.

i noticed the absence of a microwave, whether in the room or in the hallway (this would be really useful). obtaining hot water in the room proved difficult, too. this could present difficulties for families needing warm water for infant formula.

the room included air conditioning ensuring a comfortable temperature, especially during the warmer days. amenities featured a tv with cable channels and a private bathroom, complete with toiletries. the room had ample storage, too.
